Welcome to The Fan Orbit. By accessing or using thefanorbit.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Fan Orbit is a sports news and highlights aggregator that displays stories, live scores, and video content from publicly available sources. We offer a free tier and paid upgrade tiers (Pro and Hall of Fame) with additional features.
You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
One-time payments. Pro ($5) and Hall of Fame ($20) are one-time purchases — not subscriptions. Once you pay, your tier is permanent for the lifetime of the Service.
No refunds. Because these are one-time digital purchases with immediate access, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to paid features, contact us and we will resolve it.
Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms.
Price changes. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases. Existing purchases are not affected.

Our content. The Fan Orbit's design, branding, code, and original content are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Third-party content. News headlines, scores, and video highlights are sourced from third parties (ESPN, YouTube, etc.) and remain the property of their respective owners. We display this content under fair use and/or the terms of their public APIs.
User content. If we introduce features where users can post content (e.g., comments), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Service.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the entire Service, we will provide reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Fan Orbit and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use paid features ends, and we will delete your personal data per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the state in which the operator resides, at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
